Design of 6,000 sq. ft. new house, pool and pool house within an environmentally sensitive beachfront and wetlands area. The house is designed in natural materials with simple cedar and shingle structures connected by copper clad transitions. An artificial dune both masks the septic mound and enforces the idea that the house rises out of the natural landscape.
